MAIN STAGE SHOWS (PERFORMERS) - In the 2024-2025 School Year there will be a Fall Show (Peter and the Starcatcher), a Winter Theatre Festival (including an evening of Shakespeare, our Comedy Sportz: High School League: Faculty Match and our 2025 Trinitas Cabaret) and a Spring Musical (Elf: The Musical). Students sign up to audition for our Fall and Spring shows and there is a participation fee ($425-$475) as well as a minimum ticket sales commitment (20-30 tickets per family, approximately $500-$900). There are audition workshops prior to audition dates to assist students who may not have auditioned before and to help prior TAC students prep for the particular show that they are auditioning for. Rehearsals are generally Mon & Wed 3:30-7:00p, Tue 3:30-7:30p and Sat 10:00a-6:00p with some additional weekend and late night rehearsals, generally during the two weeks leading up to the show. Specific schedules are available here. Conflicts are filled out as part of a student’s audition packet and while we do our best to work with each student on an individual basis, each production varies and conflicts do impact casting. Click on each specific show below for more information.
JUNIOR ENSEMBLE
Do you have a 4th-8th grader interested in the Junior Ensemble for our Spring Musical, Elf: The Musical? Click here to receive reminders and updates about Junior Ensemble Workshop and Auditions.
MAIN STAGE SHOWS (CREW) - Students interested in the technical theatre side of Trinitas fill out applications (when available) and list what crew they’d like to be on. Depending on the show we have opportunities such as deck crew (helping move sets), costume, make-up, lighting, fly rail, audio, stage management, assistant directing and more. There is a participation fee ($165) and a minimum ticket sales commitment (6-10 tickets). Most crew is called two weeks prior to performances during pre-tech, tech and performances, although there is a production meeting for crew heads before tech and some crews need to be called earlier and have a larger time commitment (such as costuming, props, marketing, set crew and stage management). Crew schedule varies show to show. Click here to sign up to receive crew applications when available.
